It is very elegant

Food, drink etc is very expensive

- We had half board - breakfast & dinner. Food was of great variety plus the dinner choices were also many.- Hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and polite- Our child enjoyed children playroom a lot.- there were three swimming pools plus,we could always find some free sunbeds- Gym also had all the necessary features.- Hotel room was spacious, clean and rooms where comfortable.

Major issue without a doubt is... construction noise. Of course it's something that a hotel can't impact. So how bad is it?We, in advance when reading previous reviews changed our room to completely other side of hotel, so if a balcony is not open, you almost can't hear it. (Stayed in 2nd floor). When we went on balcony it was quite noticeable, which is not something I want to think about during vacation.On the other hand, when you stay beside pools noise (at ground level) is a lot more quiet due to some objects blocking it partially.Minor issues:- I would still have expected that if we take half board package - at least water is included in dinner.- Prices at the pool were quite high we didn't want to order too frequently.- Waterpark was partially under the construction - so couldn't fully use it.- Road construction next to the hotel, created traffic jam, but that is managable

Everything was perfect except the construction noise

Ongoing construction nearby , constantly blocks the traffic and construction noise is coning from the site 24x7.

We like literally everything in the resort from the spacious room to the pool , all the staff without any exceptions did a great job to make our stay memorable.

Nothing! definitely our first choice for a family vacation.

The comoda where smelly, there was a smell in the corridors to the rooms, the rooms was smelly, the chais in the balcony were not clean.

The Westin Mina Sayahi is an absolutely beautifully appointed resort with a warm and helpful staff to match. The food quality is very good and, even though we thoroughly enjoyed the buffet, it was nice to try the other restaurants included in the half board, which were also very good!

Everything was wonderful and we had a truly fun time at this resort. Traveling as a family of 4 in the same room, I would only suggest another chest of drawers and enough towels and robes for 4 people.

Everything. The cool temperature; the beautiful smells inside; the dining options; the poolside bar and restaurant; the attentive staff.

Great hotel for a stay with a group of friends and their kids (age 5-11). Kids lived the water park and range of pools.Staff were great.

Our family found the perfect destination for our two-year-old toddler. The room was spacious, allowing our child to move around freely without getting bored or frustrated. The waterpark, which we had full access to, was amazing and provided us with so much fun. The variety of restaurants and food options at the hotel were incredible as well. All the staff members were polite and helpful, and we never felt the need to ask for anything. I especially want to thank the housekeeping staff member, Lama, who was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed.

The air conditioning in our bedroom was not cooling, which was especially frustrating given the hot weather we’re experiencing right now. We were hoping to relax and enjoy a comfortable atmosphere in our room. We called the hotel, and they sent someone to check the AC. Unfortunately, it was still maintaining a temperature of around 24 to 25 degrees Celsius, which really disappointed us. We tried our best to ignore it so that it wouldn’t ruin our entire stay.

Everything .This hotel had everything a family with 2 little children requires for a great stay. Property is beautiful and the staff is very polite the breakfast is amazing and best is the waterpark and multiple pools. The in room food was also nice. My kids loved every bit of it.

The reception take long time to give me my room because its not ready and a reception girl take me to a wrong way to the room and leave me in elevator , then other girl her friend in reception take me to the right room .

I like the place I always come this hotel from 2011 until now

The water park

This was our 3rd time in Westin but it will be the last, the Indian supervisor (lady) in Mina restaurant was very rude, although we payed she said in very impolite way go to other restaurant, and the other Indian in the Asian restaurant was talking to us like we were thieves in front of our kids we were embarrassed and my kids were scared they felt something wrong happen, even in breakfast I asked for orange juice the waitress said go and take it, the way the Indian staff dealing with arabs was very baaaaad, there was huge discrimination, although my kids like the hotel because of water park, we will never repeat this experience again.

Hotel room was amazing - family double room. Pool and grounds were also amazing, but the AED 75/beer is INSANE!

Beach water quality has gone down hill. It’s not a hotel issue but a Government issue due to land reclamation to build more apartments. There’s little to no water flow now and very little sea life. Rather disappointing from that perspective.

I’m happy to share my experience with the hotel!We booked 3 rooms as we were celebrating our wedding at the hotel. We had everything planned in advance and communicated with the reservations team beforehand.First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the reservations team — Doreen, Carolyne, Hatim, Aditya, and Prasad — for their amazing support. They made sure to take note of our special occasion and arranged great rooms for us.Check-in was smooth — unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of the lady and gentleman at reception on 27.07 and 28.07, but they were very welcoming and gave us and our family beautiful rooms with a great view.We also received a small cake, which was a lovely touch!Overall, the hotel is great, and we’re already planning to come back. Thank you for helping make our special day even more memorable!
